General Requirements
- Applicant(s) must be fully registered with their different bodies and obtain current practicing license/induction certificates where applicable
- Applicant(s) are required to have completed their training and obtained genuine certificates before applying for the internship programme.
Application Instructions:
The application deadline is 20th December, 2024. Interested and qualified candidates are required to obtain application forms from the Office of the Director of Administration through the office of AG; Head of Clinical Services and Training Division of Human Resource Management Department, DUFUTH.
All completed application forms should be addressed to:

Payment for the FORM is to be made into the Hospital TSA ACCOUNT through Remita. The cost is five thousand naira only (N5,000).
All interviews will take place in the hospital on the date to be communicated later
Candidates must present original copies of the credentials for verification.
