Job Title: Senior UI / UX Designer

Description 

• We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
• As a key member of our design department, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability)
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented and functioning as intended
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong UI/UX skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and articulate your design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Familiarity with motion design and animation principles
• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
