Job Title: Administrative Officer
Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Staff with a strong foundation in accounting to join our client.
- The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office records and files.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including financial data entry.
- Prepare invoices, financial reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND in Accounting or a related field with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.
