Title: Vale Finance Sales Academy – Graduate Trainee Programme
Job Description
- The Vale Sales Academy Program 2024 seeks exceptional talents with the qualities of innovation, leadership, passion, and the drive for adaptability. The program will cover essential sales fundamentals, including product knowledge, prospecting techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Book quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.
- Market the organization’s products to meet customer needs.
- Initiate development of products required to meet customer needs.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
- Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Business Manager
Requirements
- Maximum of 26 years by 30 December 2024.
- A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
