Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary

  • Are you a people-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills? We are looking for enthusiastic Front Desk/Customer Relationship Interns to join our team!
  • This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and office management while working in a fast-paced tech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery.
  • Support the team in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other administrative tasks.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Promote Petforde Technologies’ services to clients and potential customers.

What We’re Looking For

  •  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 0-1 year work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT tools.
  • Passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer experiences.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 4 days onsite at our office and 2 days working remotely.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must reside within the Abule Egba axis of Lagos State.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
