Dispatch Coordinator at QFA Nigeria Limited (Krispy Kreme)

Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule dispatches based on delivery priorities.
• Coordinate with riders, couriers, or delivery personnel to assign delivery routes and times.
• Monitor the availability of ridersand staff for dispatch.
• Track the status of outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays in real time.
• Communicate delivery updates with clients or relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and services.

Requirements
Qualified candidate must have:

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND qualification in Logistic management or it equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or dispatch cordinator
• Knowledge of Managing dispatch motorcycles.
