Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events
- Educate customers about the bank’s products and services, emphasizing the benefits and features
- Actively engage in lead generation to build a robust customer pipeline
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Work towards increasing the customer base and expanding the bank’s market presence
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on the bank’s products, services, and promotions
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products to customers
- Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients to facilitate informed decision-making
- Ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE / OND / HND / BSc
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Experience: Little to no experience is required.
Salary & Benefits
- N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
- Robust Commission
