Job Title: Social Media / Customer Care Representative

Job Description

  • Social Media and Customer Support Representatives handle customer queries on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter (Now X), LinkedIn, and more. Tasks include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • An important and obvious job of a customer support person is to respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely fashion. While responding, they have to:
    • Provide clear and helpful responses
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice
    • Handle sensitive issues tactfully
    • Responding to customers’ queries via social media
    • Reviewing social media campaigns
    • Managing the company’s social media visibility
    • Listening

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
  • Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
  • Time-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls, and social media chat messages promptly

  • This role is only open to ladies
  • Applicants without basic social media skills can apply, and the company will set up training for successful applicants
  • Applicants within Ogba, Ojodu, Oke-Ira, Berger, Omole, and Agege will be given preference.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / Month.
