Job Title: Business Development / Sales Manager
Job Summary
- They are seeking a Business Developer/Sales Manager who can foster business expansion and enhance client relationships.
- You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new markets, opportunities, and partnerships while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and engage with potential business partners and opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that business development and sales strategies are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones, ensuring a steady growth in the client base.
- Formulate and execute plans to expand the business by leveraging partnerships, collaborations, and acquiring new clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients and business partners to create new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for business expansion.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage long-term relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Key Performance Indicator
- Generate at least 20% of the store’s annual sales from new customers.
- Send out all proposals/invoices to potential clients within 3 business days.
