Job Title: Sales Agent / Brand Activator
Role Summary
- Sales Agents and Brand Activators are responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships within their regions.
- BAs will operate on a contract basis to supplement the sales team during peak periods or specific campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into paying customers, focusing on both B2C and B2B opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and communicate the benefits of our services.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
- Report sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager, including new leads, closed deals, and challenges.
KPIs:
- Number of new customers onboarded and deals closed.
- Achievement of individual sales targets.
- Customer retention and satisfaction, with regular follow-up and engagement.
- Lead conversion rate (from inquiry to deal closure).
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any field
- The right candidate must have 3 – 5 years experience.
