Job Title: Bancassurance Relationship Manager

Description 

• Are you a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and relationship management? We are looking for a Bancassurance Relationship Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders at designated bank branches to drive business growth.
• Generate premiums for both Life and General Business insurance.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Microfinance Banks and other Financial Institutions.
• Manage post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and value delivery.
• Organize and facilitate financial education workshops and seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Financial Institution, with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Salary
200,000 and quarterly bonuses.
