Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems within the organization.Provide Technical guidance on policies and procedures.Oversee recruitment, job descriptions, and hiring processes.Design onboarding and training programs for employees.Manage performance evaluation and employee records.Ensure legal compliance and manage disciplinary issues.Contribute to project activities and other organizational tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field like Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.Prior experience in a Non-Governmental Organisation.2 years plus experience in Human resources.Proven interpersonal and team management skills.Excellent communication skills, and a commitment to girls and youth empowerment.
