Job Title: Creative Visualiser

Job Description
Content Creation and Visual Storytelling:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging visual content, including motion graphics, video edits, animations, and graphics tailored for Telairvision’s digital and social media platforms.
  • Translate creative and marketing ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences and align with Telairvision’s brand identity.
  • Produce a variety of audiovisual assets (short videos, animated GIFs, interactive visuals) that support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and audience engagement objectives.

Video Production and Editing:

  • Edit and produce video content, including promotional videos, ads, trailers, and teasers for Telairvision’s online channels.
  • Ensure video content is polished, professional, and optimized for various platforms, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and brand message.
  • Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the quality and impact of videos, while adhering to branding guidelines.

Motion Graphics Design:

  • Create dynamic motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and other content initiatives, adding a unique visual element to Telairvision’s online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design animated visuals for product launches, brand campaigns, and events that align with Telairvision’s content strategy.
  • Continuously explore new techniques and styles to keep the brand’s motion graphics fresh, current, and visually appealing.

Visual Design and User Interface Development (UI/UX):

  • Design aesthetically appealing, functional, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with developers to translate designs into working products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content visualization, video editing, motion graphics, and/or creative design within a marketing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics, video content, and other audiovisual assets for digital and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of video and visual content optimization for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling principles and ability to communicate concepts through storyboards, style frames, and mock-ups.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and an eye for current design trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in 3D animation, visual effects, or interactive media.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media metrics, and analytics tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, video editing, and other creative content that demonstrates a high level of skill and creativity
  • Strong skills in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems for creating responsive and interactive designs.
