Job Title: Partnership Lead

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Lead, ideally someone with a proven track record in the innovation or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • The role involves acting as a key advisor and driving high-impact projects that promote innovation and entrepreneurship aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • The Partnerships Lead will foster synergies between Impact Hub, program participants, and partners including international foundations, corporates, civic organisations, and governments to support entrepreneurs in underserved areas, scale solutions, and strengthen the global impact ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the Partnerships team, including all third-party companies hired under the scope of the Partnerships unit.
  • Oversee local pipeline management and analysis in each stage of the sales process (prospecting, development, contract negotiations, delivery).
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth, build a pipeline of selected local partnerships, and close deals for the organisation.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials to profile the organisation, its programs, and its participants for potential partners.
  • Manage accounts and client relationships, and coordinate the delivery of regular reports on key partnership projects.
  • Establish and implement marketing strategies, generate awareness and public interest in the organisation offerings and programs, and plan advertising and promotional campaigns on various media platforms (social, print, etc.).
  • Provide support and participate in regular touch-points with the organisations’ program participants to enhance their partnerships and investment readiness.
  • Collaborate with the organisation association’s Global Partnerships Lead and other global partnership managers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, sales, and account management. Preferably someone who has worked in an innovation, entrepreneurship, or ecosystem-focused organisation.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Dynamic thinker with the ability to switch between macro and micro perspective
  • Adaptable to new conditions.
  • Self-reliant and independent.
