Responsibilities
Content Creation:

Design high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media platforms.
Develop compelling video content for digital campaigns, advertisements, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with teams to conceptualize creative projects that align with business goals.

Video Production:

Shoot, edit, and produce videos, ensuring professional-quality outputs.
Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, and animations to enhance video presentations.
Stay updated with platform-specific requirements for optimal video performance.

Graphic Design:

Create banners, flyers, infographics, and promotional materials using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ensure all visual content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines.

Creative Strategy:

Research and incorporate current design and video trends into content creation.
Optimize graphics and videos for engagement on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support various business units.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor performance metrics for graphics and videos, adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design and video production.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to produce motion graphics and animations.
Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video projects is mandatory.
