Job Title: Commercial Manager
Job Summary
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of the company’s operations, including petrol filling stations, LPG plants, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- Oversee pricing strategies and manage profitability metrics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Analyse market trends and consumer data to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial management roles, preferably in the petroleum or retail industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
