Job Title: Lead Supervisor
Job Description
- Manage daily operations across multiple poultry units.
- Supervise unit supervisors to meet production goals.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and biosecurity.
- Provide performance feedback to direct reports.
KPIs
- Timely completion of tasks in assigned units.
- Reduction in operational downtimes.
- Compliance with poultry protocols.
Profile
- HND or Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in poultry farming.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Specific Skills: Team coordination, quality assurance, and operational troubleshooting.
- Reports: Daily unit activity reports, equipment maintenance logs, and monthly supervisor reviews.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
