Job Title: Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Promote farm products and negotiate sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and report competitive activities.
- Provide regular updates on sales targets and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
KPIs
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Customer retention rate.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
Profile
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer relations.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the poultry/agriculture industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Reports: Sales activity reports, customer feedback reports, and monthly sales performance summaries.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
