Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Senior Executive)
Job Description
- As a Sales Manager,you will be responsible for overseeing the Sales department and contributing to the company’s growth and revenue goals.
- The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and tactical execution to drive sales performance and ensure customers’ needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Create and Implement short and long-term Sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall benefits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales activities.
- Establish and uphold department policies, practices, and customer relations standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and key accounts. Handle escalations or issues involving major clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement strategies to maintain long-term relationships with clients, leading to repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty.
- Plan, allocate, and manage resources efficiently to meet sales targets while staying within budgetary constraints.
- Stay current with sales technology and CRM systems to streamline the sales process and enhance team productivity.
- Quickly respond to changes in the market environment (e.g., new competitors, changing customer preferences) to adjust strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. For example, collaborating with the marketing and social media team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
