Job Title: Salon Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, and manage the salon team to deliver exceptional services.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and client relations.
• Maintain the salon’s luxurious ambiance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a luxury or high-end salon.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team dynamics effectively.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
