About the Role

• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Officer to join our client’s team. As an Inventory Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and optimizing our supply chain.
• Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and preventing stockouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regular physical inventory counts to reconcile stock levels with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstocks.
• Implement effective inventory control systems and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Implement measures to prevent inventory shrinkage, such as theft and damage.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
