About the Role

• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Perfumery Assistant to join our team.
• As a Perfumery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a luxurious and inviting shopping experience for our customers.
• Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product knowledge, and ensuring the overall organization of the perfumery.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide expert advice on fragrance selection, including knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and occasions.
• Assist customers with product demonstrations and samples.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends and product launches.
•  Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Maintain accurate product information and pricing.

Store Operations:

• Assist with visual merchandising.
• Maintain an organized display and shelves.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a luxury or beauty environment.
• Applicants should have the ability to learn very fast.
• Applicants should be able to speak Hausa.
• Strong knowledge of fragrances and perfume-related products is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail.
• Proximity to the job location is very important.
