Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled, corporate Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in an air-conditioning servicing company.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Conduct on-site inspections, diagnose issues, and provide technical guidance to technicians
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures
• Oversee maintenance schedules, repair work, and installation projects
• Maintain detailed reports on team performance, job completion, and equipment usage
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proximity to Bode Thomas Surulere is an added advantage.
