Job Title: Caretaker
Description
- Getting vendors for repairs of fittings.
- Taking meter readings of electricity consumption.
- Diesel report
- Maintain and Oversee properties.
- Managing inventory
- Point of contact for residence related issues.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Candidates must be physically fit.
