Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulations.
• Prepare and review architectural documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up to date with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Active architectural license or eligibility for licensure.
• Proven 10 years’ experience as an Architect working on high rise architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address design challenges.
