Job Title: Engineering Services & Store Supervisor

Job Purpose

• Engineering Services and Spare Parts Store Supervisor is responsible for the technical warehouse.
• Oversees all spare parts movements, and related activities. Ensures spares availability at best cost effectiveness.
• Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the CMMS system.
• The role also includes maintenance quality evaluation and report, coordinating maintenance team, and engineering workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to replenish supplies.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of all parts.
• Initiate spare parts purchases, providing all specification details and quantities; and managing lead-times, and ensures timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store management standards.
• Tracks and documents spare parts usage, to support maintenance planning.
• Registers and updates material and service data in maintenance systems and applications.
• Monitors implementation of maintenance and service plans, and reports on them.
• Implements Engineering Spare Parts standards, and enforce compliances.
• Maintains total inventory value and store performance KPIs within set limits and values.
• Ensures the store and engineering workshop are 5S and safety standards compliant.
• Supervise and train other store personnel.

Experience & Academic Requirements

• NABTEB, WAEC Technical, OND in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production and maintenance roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Good knowledge and experience of manufacturing industry safety standards.
• Experience in collating and reporting maintenance data.
• Experience of engineering spare parts processes.
• Good experience of preventive maintenance and engineering systems.
• Proficiency in use of SAP PM, or other CMMS, and Microsoft Office.

• Autonomous maintenance.
