Job Description

• Our client seeks vigilant and proactive Security Personnel to ensure the safety of people and property within their premises.
• The ideal candidate will be dependable, attentive, and able to respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address security risks.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Enforce the organization’s security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Provide assistance to staff and visitors to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
• Certification in security training or related fields is an advantage.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert for long periods.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and take decisive action under pressure.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and security equipment.
