Job Title: Head of Sales
Job Description
- We’re looking for a result-driven person to join our team as the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to enhance team members’ skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Ensure that sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress and identify trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Experience in Real estate sales
- Knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
