Job Title: Senior Lawyer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lawyer to handle complex legal matters, provide expert legal advice, and represent our clients in various legal proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in litigation, criminal cases, and debt recovery, with established connections with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria Police Force, and other government agencies.

Responsibilities

Handle complex litigation cases, including criminal matters and debt recovery.
Provide expert legal advice to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, including EFCC and the Police.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless legal support.
Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements

LL.B and BL degrees from reputable institutions.
Minimum 10 years of experience incriminal law, and debt recovery.
Strong connections with EFCC, Police, DSS and other government agencies.
Proven track record of success in complex legal cases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
