Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects, and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new business, and develop strategies to convert these opportunities into revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement business strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze client data and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
