Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer

Job Description

• Lead the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and report on data to track program progress and impact.
• Supervise MEAL Assistants and field enumerators, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
• Develop tools and methodologies for monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
• Ensure that complaints and feedback from beneficiaries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct field visits to assess project outcomes, identify challenges, and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and share findings with the Program Manager for decision-making and strategy adjustment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
