Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Job Summary
- The Senior Sales Manager will drive sales growth, manage the sales team, develop strategic plans, and foster strong client relationships.
- This role requires leadership, sales expertise, and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
