Job Title: Retail Station Accountant
Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible for managing and controlling petty cash funds to ensure the smooth operation of the station.
- This involves disbursing funds, maintaining accurate records, processing expenses, and reconciling cash balances.
- The officer also processes payments, collects and safeguards cash from the bank, and files relevant documents.
- Additionally, they address inquiries related to approvals and deadlines and prepare daily and weekly reports on cash transactions.
Requirements
- HND/BSc. in Accounting/ Finance.
- Minimum of (1) year relevant experience.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Demonstrated integrity, communication and analytical skills.
