Job Title: Female Sales & Business Development Executive (Off-Plan Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify client demands and potential buyers.
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and buyers.
- Present off-plan properties effectively, highlighting unique selling points.
- Organize promotional events and create marketing materials to attract buyers.
- Assist clients with documentation, financing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate favorable terms and collaborate with financial institutions.
- Stay informed about real estate trends and local regulations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Degree-level education with 3-6 years experience.
- Proven sales experience in real estate or mortgage banking.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s real estate market, especially off-plan properties.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to leverage social media for lead generation and brand promotion.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
