Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
- As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
- Track and follow up on customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service quality.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Salary
NGN 100,000 – NGN 150,000 / Month
