Job Title: Platform Manager

Job Summary

• As our Platform Manager to oversee the platform’s technical functionality and readiness for launch. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless user experience, manage testing and troubleshooting, and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
• Analyze platform data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on platform progress.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and support documentation to assist families, care workers, and employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years in platform management, software development, or product management.
• Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
