Job Title: Assistant IT Manager

Job Summary

• As our Assistant IT Manager for will support the IT Manager in maintaining and optimizing IT systems, including POS, networks, and software.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing updates and security, and assisting with IT projects to ensure efficient operations across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (POS systems, networks, servers).
• Administer company software, databases, and IT systems, ensuring data integrity and performing backups.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to maintain security protocols.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all QSR locations.

Requirements

• Expertise in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system administration.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, POS systems, and network devices.
• A minimum of 4 – 5 years in IT support or network administration, ideally in QSR or retail.
• Familiar with cloud services and IT automation tools.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
