Job Title: Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team.
As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop building plans, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and models.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Ensure that projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or related field.
Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in CAD software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) or other relevant professional body.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
