Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary
- The Area Sales Manager in a bank is responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic area, with the goal of increasing sales and profitability
Responsibilities
- Establishing sales goals and quotas for the area
- Leading, motivating, and training sales executives
- Fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Reviewing sales data and creating reports for senior management
- Using business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and expanding the company’s market presence
- Ensuring smooth delivery of products and services by coordinating with other teams
- Traveling regionally to meet with sales teams and other sales managers
- Interviewing and training new sales employees
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ASM in a commercial or investment bank.
- Must possess a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
