Title : Storekeeper (Raw Material and Finished Goods)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced storekeeper and Inventory Officer to do the following:

Receive Raw and Packaging Materials and Finished Goods into their respective stores
Dispense raw and packaging materials
Carry regular stock reconciliations of raw materials and finished goods
Track and manage the company’s inventory.
Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
Properly account for inventory.
Minimize inventory wastage
Perform all other functions as assigned by Management.
Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
Manage the store layout
Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
Ensure storage of materials follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
Assist in handling organisation’s daily tasks
Assist in packing orders

Requirements

Minimum – OND / HND / B.Sc
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good people skills and friendly disposition
Work experience as in a stock and Inventory related field will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State
