Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
Job Description
- Manage and maintain the Project and Maintenance department activities.
- Maintain and file documents from all depot/warehouse.
- Close work orders upon completion of vendor services.
- Ensure compliance with purchase order processes.
- Track and generate reports on maintenance costs and activities.
- Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Update the maintenance data board to monitor work orders and documentation progress.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Admin and Maintenance Officer regarding service/repair requests.
- Collect and manage all repair requests
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant work experience with a proven track record in the role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in an FMCG environment is a plus.
