Job Title: Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet organizational and legal standards.
- Supervise and support facility staff to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- First Degree in Engineering, Estate Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Remuneration
N200,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
