Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team.
- You will set ambitious sales goals, develop strategies to grow the customer base, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership, and expertise in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s existing products and introducing new products to the market.
- Managing the sales team to meet their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales in the real estate industry.
- Previous management experience is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of real estate sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
- HMO
- Commission on sales.
