Job Title: Inventory Officer

Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

Maintain and update inventory records in the database.
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to replenish inventory as needed.

Receiving and Dispatch:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items meet company standards.

Reporting:

Prepare and present inventory status reports to management.
Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Auditing:

Assist in inventory audits and implement corrective actions for any discrepancies.

Coordination:

Collaborate with the team to align inventory needs with business goals.
Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:

Additional duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs and operational demands.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

OND or SSCE qualification.
Experience in retail or supermarket inventory management is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software or tools.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly
Lunch.
