Job Title: Salesperson

Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:

  • Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
  • Sell toys to both wholesale and retail customers, meeting individual and store sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the toy products, including their features and benefits, to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Educate customers about product offerings and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.

Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist in product display arrangements to promote sales and make the store more visually appealing.

Sales Reporting and Inventory Monitoring:

  • Record all sales transactions accurately in the system and track inventory levels.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding low stock levels and assist with stock replenishment when needed.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders for both wholesale and retail purchases.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Customer Complaint Resolution:

  • Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with their purchases and service.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as required by the store manager to ensure smooth store operations and meet business needs.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • Experience in retail or sales, especially in a store setting, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

What We Offer

  • N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
  • Lunch.
