Job Title: Store Auditor

Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Store Auditor to conduct audits and inspections of our retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• The successful candidate will identify areas of improvement, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with store management and employees to ensure understanding of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
• Prepare and submit audit reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing, retail operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software.
