Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with OND or HND qualifications in Civil Engineeringor a related field.
• The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in building construction and site supervision.
• The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision and Management:

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work progresses as scheduled.
• Monitor contractors, laborers, and materials on-site for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Conduct routine checks to identify and rectify deviations in quality or design.
• Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Plan, allocate, and manage site resources effectively
• Track material usage and ensure adequate supplies on-site.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, Material recieved, usageand progress reports.
• Report any issues or challenges to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

• OND / HND qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction and site supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in varying conditions, including extended hours when necessary.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
