Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for overseeing sales operation of the company in a particular geographical area. This include several countries, so expect to be fairly busy.
- Maintain and increase sales of company’s product.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your arae.
- Establishing,maintaining and expanding your customers base.
- servicing the needs of your existing customers.
- increasing business opportunity through various routes to market.
- Setting sales target for individuals reps and team as a whole.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting target.
- Montoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach their target.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to senior Managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc in Business Administration / Marketing / Economic or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years quality experience in selling FMCG product. Preferably candidates with experience in the sales of Food product.
- Ability to handle presentations,faciliation of sales and direct marketing tranings
- Willing to travel from time to time and embark on working transfer as the case maybe.
