Job Description

• We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our luxury fashion house team.
• As a key member of our production team, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of luxury fashion products
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules, workflows, and resources
• Collaborate with production management, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality standards
• Implement efficient production processes and quality control measures
• Identify and address production issues, providing solutions to optimize output
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
• 2+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
