Job Description

• We’re seeking a friendly and organized Spa Front Desk Officer to join our spa team.
• As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, responding to their inquiries and providing information about our spa services
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments
• Handle client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Provide general administrative support to the spa team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
• Residing in or around Ikoyi is highly desirable.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
